  • Flexion & Distraction Technique (adjustment using the table to manually flex and distract the spine. Successful with patients that have bulged, ruptured or herniated discs)

Soft tissue work through massage therapy can be both therapeutic and very relaxing.  Dr. York is a very knowledgeable and well-educated. Dr. York attended Hands on Approach School of Massage prior to attending chiropractic school. 
 

Dr. York utilizes many massage techniques, including:​

  • Swedish Massage (mainly focuses on relaxation and stress relief)

  • Deep Tissue Massage (firm and slow strokes used to target deeper muscles and trigger points)

  • Pregnancy Massage (gentle and safe for mom and baby)

  • Hot Stone Massage (ask for details about adding hot stones to your next massage)

A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical is a health examination mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. A DOT physical helps determine if a driver is physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a CMV.
